This drill is great for Baseball and Softball hand-eye coordination and can be done anywhere with minimal equipment required.

This is a fun variation of a side toss drill that you can use to mix up training for your baseballer or softballer.

The key benefit of this drill allows you to work on having a good swing but also having to focus and concentrate hitting such a small object.

Then you can also move on and try and make this drill a bit more difficult by trying with something a bit small like a broom stick.
