Mobile Retail Associate

We are looking for a Mobile Retail Team to join our team on weekends. This role involves running pop-up stalls, setting up and packing up the mobile store, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Location:
Based in Smeaton Grange, with travel to various locations across Sydney and beyond.

Schedule:
Mostly weekend work, most Saturdays

  • Providing an excellent store experience to our customers.
  • Engaging with our customers by sharing your product knowledge and experience
  • Setting up and packing down the mobile store at various locations
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Keeping up to date with current and new products in our range.
  • Working in a team to achieve goals and objectives together.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is safe and appropriate for use.
  • Attend training and meetings as required.
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to work alone in the mobile store, managing all aspects of retail operations
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Passion for Baseball and/or Softball and product knowledge
  • Availability to work on weekends

  • Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills

Sporting Schools Coach – Baseball: Aussie T-Ball/Baseball5 (Casual)

RBI Australia is an approved provider of the Baseball NSW Sporting Schools program in both primary and secondary schools. We are seeking an enthusiastic Baseball Coach to join our team in delivering high-quality Aussie T-Ball and Baseball5 programs to our schools.

  • Plan and deliver fun and engaging sessions for primary and/or secondary school children.
  • Contribute to the development of age-appropriate activities that promote skill development, physical activity, teamwork and good sportsmanship.
  • Maximise the effectiveness and student engagement during sessions.
  • Have student safety at the forefront of everything you do during all training sessions and games.
  • Communicate effectively with children, teachers and other school staff promoting the great game of Baseball.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is safe and appropriate for use.
  • Attend training and meetings as required.
  • Knowledge and experience in coaching primary and/or secondary school aged children.
  • A passion for working with children and helping them develop their skills.
  • Sound organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
  • Maintain a high level of personal and professional presentation at all times.
  • Working With Children Check.
  • First Aid Certification (preferred).
  • Baseball 5 Level A General Certification or above.
  • Level A Coach – Entry Level Baseball Certification or above.
  • Own reliable transport and willing to travel across Sydney.

This is a casual position with shifts available within school hours. The successful candidate will receive ongoing support from the RBI Australia team with access to session plans and all equipment required.

ROUSE HILL BASEBALL / SOFTBALL HITTING COACHES

We are seeking passionate and skilled Baseball and Softball Coaches to join our RBI Rouse Hill team. This is a unique opportunity for experienced individuals who have a strong background in coaching and playing at high levels. As part of our coaching team, you will deliver specialised training in hitting and/or catching, helping young athletes excel both on and off the field. If you have a knack for nurturing talent and a commitment to sportsmanship, we invite you to apply and help shape the next generation of baseball and softball players.

Schedule
Available to work within these schedules: weekday afternoon (4pm-8pm) and weekends (8am-4pm). Workload is dependent on customer bookings.
