RBI Academy 2022 – Term 2 – Hitting Approach and Fundamentals
RBI Australia is pleased to announce registrations are now open for Term 2 of RBI Academy.
This is an 8 week deep dive into the mental approach at the plate, and drilling in the fundamentals of a good stance and swing. Players will learn how to manufacture quality at bats and drive the ball to all areas of the field.
This is suitable for any age group that can take direction and maintain focus for 20 minutes of instruction and 40 minutes of fast paced work outs. Generally from beginner Zooka/advanced Teeballers to Junior League age groups.
Players will be grouped across three time slots according to age and skill level as best as possible accounting for availability.
One hour sessions are held on Monday evenings for 8-week terms.
First session 18/07/2022 and last session 05/09/2022.
Sessions are mostly run at RBI Australia – 5/147 Smeaton Grange Road, Smeaton Grange NSW 2570 with some sessions run at a local baseball field when required.
There are also optional free Sunday batting sessions available and an end of Term Scrimmage game.
The cost is $400 and includes a uniform for first-time registrations (top, shorts & hat).
Active Kids vouchers are accepted.
Participants in RBI Academy will be offered the opportunity to play in tournaments with the South West Rhinos. Positions in tournament teams are subject to availability.
