Woodlands Treasure Trail Competition Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents only.
- To be eligible, entrants must hand in a completed entry form on 16/11/2025 at the T-ball Smash Tournament.
- Entrants must provide valid contact details (phone number and/or email) to be eligible to win.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- Competition Period
- Entries are accepted on 16/11/2025 during the T-ball Smash Tournament only.
- Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
- How to Enter
- Entrants must complete and submit the official entry form at the event.
- By entering, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Prizes
- Prize(s) will be as stated in the competition announcement.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- RBI Australia reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary.
- Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected at random (or as outlined in the competition announcement).
- Winners will be notified by phone call or email within 7 days of the draw/selection.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, RBI Australia reserves the right to redraw.
- Use of Personal Information
- By entering, entrants agree that the email address submitted will be added to the RBI Australia mailing list.
- Entrants can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
- Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- General Conditions
- RBI Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
- RBI Australia is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
- RBI Australia reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
