South West Rhinos Successful Debut at Curl Curl Cup 2022

GREAT JOB RHINOS !!!!

Our very first tournament and we came away with the Trophy!

2 Rhinos teams headed out to North Curl Curl this morning to play in the Curl Curl cup and they both played out of their skins!!

Our big Rhinos who were true age for this tournament went through undefeated and also combined to win the fastest average pitch speed comp.

Paddy Moran took out the prize for most strikes in the pitching comp, well done Patrick!

Our little Rhinos led by Coach Josh Atkins, who will all still be old enough to play this tournament again next year, we’re massive in their efforts and really mixed it with some bigger and older competition. They will be hard to beat next year!

So good to see what we have been working on at RBI Academy paying off on the field. You should all be very proud of your efforts today.

Huge thank you to all the other teams, the standard of play was fantastic out there today.

Thank you so much to the Manly Seasiders Baseball Club for putting on such a great tournament. We can highly recommend it to anyone looking for some extra games next year.
