Get ready for an exciting and enriching youth sports experience with the RBI Academy T-Ball Program! This program offers a fantastic opportunity to develop batting, fielding, and throwing skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Eligible players are between ages 4-7.

Duration: 8 Weeks (07 May 2025 - 25 June 2025)
Program Start: 07 May 2025

Day: Wednesdays

Time Slots: 4:30pm-5:15pm, 5:30pm-6:15pm

Location: RBI Smeaton Grange

Coached By: Accredited RBI Academy coaches

Cost: $199.95 per player for the 8-week program.

*Active Kids Voucher can be used.
Program Schedule: The program will run in conjunction with RBI Academy Group Training.

Does the Player have any illnesses, injuries, or conditions that the Coaches should know about? Please list below. If an Inhaler or Epipen is required, a parent or guardian must be present at all times. Please advise Coaches before each session of any new illnesses/injuries.

MEDICAL TREAMENT:
I understand that baseball and softball are limited contact sports and that there is a risk of injury involved in participating in baseball and softball related activities. I authorise any official from RBI Australia, in the event of any injury or illness, to obtain on my child’s behalf and at my expense any medical assistance, treatment and transportation as deemed necessary.

INDEMNITY:
Except where provided or required by law and such cannot be excluded, I agree that RBI Australia and its respective directors, officers, members, servants or agents are absolved from all liability arising from injury or damage to my child, however caused, whilst participating in the training program.

IMAGE CONSENT:
I provide consent for the RBI Australia to record my child’s image (photograph or video footage) for promotional purposes. I understand my image may be used in mediums including: publications and promotional material, and broadcast, print and electronic media. I acknowledge that my image will be used without any personal compensation or remuneration. I agree to forgo any rights to my image including moral rights and copyright.
